The sword of the dead

In “The sword of the dead”, played by Masami Kosaka (Twilight Saga, Dango Samurai) Stephen Vitale combines the most classic samurai cinema with the genre of zombies in a masterly way. Opt for a black and white in shots that resemble Kurosawa movies to tell us the story of a samurai who returns to a cursed land. Said that, we can already assume that cinematography, by David Bolen, is simply magnificent and Vitale once again demonstrates that he knows how to orchestrate exquisite action scenes.

dawn of the deaf

“Dawn of the deaf”, by Rob Savage, can freeze your blood. We hope that this work —with all of its awards in Sitges, its Baftas and Sundance’s Official Selection—, is the prologue for a feature film. Rob Savage shows us how terrifying deafness can be and, even worse… what would happen if just one sound killed all the people who could hear?
The use of headphones is recommended to enjoy the amazing and carefully edited sound.
